Jowita Sewerska is an investment professional involved in multiple transactions and investment projects. At ECBF she is mainly focused on FoodTech and Industrial Biotech areas, following exciting innovations and trends within these verticals. Jowita has a solid financial background, experienced in financial modelling and valuations, due diligence, deal structuring, investment documentation, negotiations, stakeholder management (representation in supervisory Boards). Moreover she has been engaged in deals from the perspective of equity and mezzanine, as well as debt holders. Her background includes degrees in Computer Science and Econometrics as well as in Quantitative Finance. Jowita is also a CFA charterholder.
