Hao Kim Lu, PhD, Scientific Analyst

Hao is the Scientific analyst at Big Idea Ventures in Singapore. Prior to this, he worked as a Senior Research Fellow at the Agency for Science Technology and Research (A*STAR) Singapore, focusing on cultivated meat and cell media development. His prior experiences were in the field of immunology and virology. Hao has published more than 14 scientific publications and a recipient of numerous research grants.

Hao has a PhD in immunology from the University of New South Wales, Australia. He is an in-house expert on matters related to cell and fermentation-based alternative proteins. He is also pursuing the CFA level II certification.
