The Cleantech Dealflow Webseries is a montly online event, short time (~1,5h), focused audience and just a handful of curated start-ups – scale-ups showcasing.
This is our 13th event and will be focused on “AI & Robotics”.
Participation is included in the regular membership of our members and interested people can register separately and each time by interest.
AI & Robotics
AI presents tremendous opportunity for advancements in technology and society. It’s revolutionizing how organizations create value and it is expected to affect global productivity, equality and inclusion, environmental outcomes, and several other areas, both in the short and long term. Integrated with robotics solutions, AI has a big role to play in resource optimization and reduction of energy consumption and CO2 emissions.
However, reported potential impacts of AI indicate both positive and negative impacts on sustainable development. A review by Nature Communications shows that AI may act as an enabler on 134 targets (79%) across all SDGs, generally through a technological improvement, which may allow to overcome certain present limitations. However, 59 targets (35%, also across all SDGs) may experience a negative impact from the development of AI.
