Boel has a master of International Business from Gothenburg School of Economics and has studied psychology at Stockholm University. She has a professional background as marketing manager from Procter & Gamble and Microsoft Nordic and as General Manger for Viacom Television for the Nordic region. She has initiated and project led Sweden Sustaintech Venture Day and has served on a number of boards including the government advisory board for the digital economy, Ung Företagsamhet, IT-builder, and Propel Capital IV and V. She is a co-founder of the EV Charging Equipment company Charge Amps and has invested in a number of sustainability oriented companies.
