CAPTURE ENERGY

Sweden

Capture Energy is a BESS integrator, with energy storage as our core foundation and an ARR model on installed batteries. We grew from 0 to 9M€ in revenue and secured 13M€ in signed contracts in less than 10 months, with expected revenue for 2024 to exceed 35M€, including 7M€ from ARR services.

Our technology features exceptionally quick deployment speeds and comes with pre-configured integration to a wide choice of frequency-stabilizing aggregators, enabling our customers
faster access, with better unit economics, to the booming flexibility market.

H.E.A.T. SOLUTIONS

Germany

H.E.A.T. builds scalable control software infrastructure for the decentralized grid. Grid congestion is increasing, and commercial and industrial sites need reliable and secure energy. We integrate solar, batteries, heat pumps, EV chargers and backup gensets, allowing our sites to seamlessly connect to the grid and to the market. Our “off-the-shelf” concept allows us to sell our software at scale through distributors and hardware manufacturers.

HEAT STORAGE BERLIN

Germany

Electrification of process heat is an essential part of tackling the climate crisis, and an essential part of energy sovereignty for an economy. More than 20% of the global energy demand is for process heat, and currently this is mainly generated through burning fossil fuels. Heat storage systems are one of the important technologies for ensuring steady availability of electrified process heat.

HSB Heat Storage Berlin GmbH develops and builds heat storage systems. The special thing is: they bridge the volatile supply of renewable electricity to plannable demand of process heat. This allows to use “surplus electricity” from renewable sources as fuel for the HSB storage systems. This electricity, which is not in demand at the time it is generated, is stored as high-temperature heat. When needed, the energy is then made available as heat. This enables industrial plants, utilities and municipalities to be supplied with heat in a plannable and sustainable manner. Generation peaks in the power grid are smoothed out, wind and solar energy regulation is avoided, and the load on the grids is reduced.

ICODOS

Germany

ICODOS enables e-methanol production at scale via their patented technology platform. They de-fossilize the chemical and shipping industries by enabling production at no green premium (shrunk OPEX & CAPEX). The company has secured 30 M€ offtake MOUs and first paid implementation studies with major industry players. After successful TRL 6 pilot, they are now fabricating their TRL 7 demo (14m tall).

RAYMOND SOLAR

Sweden

Raymond Solar is an innovative, fast-growing company leading the way in advanced energy solutions. Their cutting-edge products include the first commercially available Solid State storage batteries in Europe which offer superior safety with no risk of thermal runaway. The company has seen impressive demand, with 8 million Euro in orders since June 2024 and around 350 systems installed. Additionally, Raymond’s Smart Solar Roof® features state-of-the-art, high-efficiency photovoltaic panels with 50% lower installation costs with prefab innovation. The roof is available in any color, with 233W/m² efficiency, outperforming competitors like Tesla (143W/m²). With seven global patents and 5-10 Million Euro in funding, Raymond Solar is poised for continued growth and success.

SOURCEFUL ENERGY

Sweden

Sourceful Energy is developing the critical integration layer for the $2T+ decentralized energy market. With our breakthrough technology enabling direct, local control of energy assets at unprecedented scale while maintaining capital efficiency, we’ve created a solution that utilities desperately need but cannot build themselves.

Backed by leading Web3 investors (Variant Fund, Crucible Capital, Helium Foundation, Borderless Capital) and strategic energy partners (Eviny Ventures), Sourceful Energy is uniquely positioned at the intersection of DePIN infrastructure and traditional energy markets. We’re now expanding our proven technology globally, establishing ourselves as the essential integration layer powering the decentralized energy future.

STANDAB

Sweden

Standab provides parking and charging for micromobility operators in urban areas. We reduce the charging costs for operator fleets by more than half, which currently constitute the majority of their operational expenses. We have established partnerships with operators that cover over 50% of the European market. Our scalable and low-cost solutions add value to cities by helping manage street clutter, while also increasing availability and reliability of the shared services. We have sold more than 2,000 parking stations to 45 cities across Europe. Services that cities previously paid for are now available for free to cities through Charging as a Service.

SUENA

Germany

suena is the first fully algorithmic and AI-based power trader for grid-scale batteries and renewables. Our energy trading autopilot uses advanced algorithms and precise forecasts to optimize trading decisions in real time. This market-leading technology enables efficient trading across multiple power and balancing markets. For customers this means: increased revenues, extended storage lifetime and minimized risk.

UCANEO

Germany

Ucaneo is a €6.75m Seed financed startup from Berlin developing an electrochemical Direct Air Capture technology mimicking the human lung.

Designed for high energy and cost efficiency, Ucaneo’s technology seamlessly integrates with variable renewable energy sources, such as solar and wind, enabling cost-effective, on-demand CO₂ removal. This flexibility allows operators to leverage energy price arbitrage, making it particularly attractive for high-grid-electricity price regions and remote renewable-powered deployments.

Ucaneo has just launched its first industrial pilot, removing up to ~30-50 tons of CO₂ per year and is currently developing one of Germany’s largest DAC demonstration plants, set for commissioning in the first half of 2026.

XENSE VISION

Sweden

XENSE Vision, founded in 2021 by former Kapsch TrafficCom employees, specializes in real-time 3D AI traffic insights to enhance urban mobility. Their platform utilizes diverse sensors and AI algorithms to monitor all road users, including vehicles and pedestrians, delivering precise 3D traffic data. This technology aims to improve road safety, alleviate congestion, and support the development of autonomous driving systems. XENSE Vision has industry impact, having participated in projects with Volvo Cars, Polestar, Ericsson, and Veoneer.
