The fund is compliant with Art. 9 of SFDR and targets companies that contribute to achieving SDG #8 "Decent work and economic growth" and SDG #11 "Sustainable cities and communities". Actively looking for potential portfolio companies (deal size € 10-15 mn for max 20% stakes).
Also supporting restructuring and workout of Generali portfolio non-performing positions, typically senior unsecured fixed income or illiquid equity (avg deal size € 100 mn).
Formerly supporting the CEO of Generali Investments in the strategic development of the asset management company (AuM € 450 bn, mostly from institutional clients).
