SUSANNE GLØERSEN

Sustainability Lead, SEB Green Tech VC

Susanne Gløersen is Deputy Head of Sustainable Banking at SEB Norway.

She has extensive experience from sustainability and the financial sector, having worked with this for ten years.

Previous work experience includes sustainability strategist in Formuesforvaltning, Nordeas Nordic team for sustainable investments, her own consultancy SustanableInsight and Carnegie.

Susanne has also co-founded Norsif (Norwegian Association for Sustainable and Responsible investments). She has a big passion for venture and the need to scale sustainable tech solutions to accelerate the green shift, and currently she sits on he board of the sustainable e-mobility company HAYK and ClevAir which delivers solutions to improve energy efficiency in real estate. She is also a mentor to the Katapult accelerators, Antler and Climate-KIC.

Susanne has a Master in Economics and Business Administration from Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) where she focused on sustainability, studies from Monterey School of International Studies in the US and a bachelor in Economics and Business Administration from BI Norwegian School of Business.
